Reaching new heights can be daunting but it’s a clear indication of empowerment and strength. 

This was the theme at Travel Weekly’s 2025 Women in Travel Awards, a night dedicated to celebrating and recognising women who continue to step outside their comfort zone through passion, leadership and courage.

A huge shout out to our very own Chief Operations Officer, Shannon George, who was a finalist for Mentor of the Year. Shannon has steered our operations network, all while consistently being a mentor and role model to her team. 

And in the marketing space, we couldn’t be prouder of Dana Baynes Paterson, Director – Customer, Communications and B2B Marketing, who was a finalist for Marketer of the Year. Dana is a true creative force who always ensures each element, from brand design and messaging to user experience, works in harmony to deliver a seamless, end-to-end journey for our customers. 

As sponsors of the Retail of the Year Award, we also had the pleasure of presenting Brittney Howe with the award in recognition of stepping into a managerial role and using her skills to turn negative guest experiences into positive memories. Supporting this category is especially meaningful to us, as it reflects our shared commitment to caring for customers and creating a better end-to-end customer service experience.
